Could be better... August 30, 2015

On the wall, in the middle its a very good tool.  (4/5)
On the ceiling not so great - the support and the rotating plate is not balanced. Motor is heavier so it naturally pushed one side down. You need to figure out where is the pint of maximum pressure ( with is not in the middle as expected ) otherwise it sands 1-1.5 inch off  where u think it should. (3/5)
Along corners another problem -  the dust cover sides are not so smooth against the wall so it shakes when moved against the corner. You'd have to try to avoid contact with the wall in the corner or control pressure as much as u can. 3/5
