Shipping a little slow, review request prior to receiving item. It was a bit difficult ordering due to not knowing I had to order from Canada.

5 of 5 Awning Gearbox Replacement Thursday, July 28, 2022
Reviewer: Domenico Bruna from Saint-Laurent, QC Canada
The item received was exactly that was pictured of the website. It was a perfect replacement for the defective part. Customer service was excellent. Only issue was that I had to call the customer service to get a copy of the shipment tracking number. None was received on the order confirmation email.
