This awning fabric was listed at 12.7ft, it was actually 12 ft 8.5’ way too large for my awning. I called support and they measured their product and agreed it was listed as the wrong size and are supposed to update the website. I had the choice of returning it and re-ordering it or refund plus shipping costs. Total waste of time in a heat wave when i needed it to work right now based on their website description. I kept it and it cost me $120 at a shop to tailor it down to 12.7 feet. Aleko only provided $80 refund for misleading info. Im out of pocket $40 for getting it cut to size.
