I purchased this 12 X 10 Ft Awning Fabric last week.
I was replacing my old unit. Please see the attached photos.

The old awning fabric width is 11 Ft 7" wide. Your replacement is only 11 Ft 1" wide.
The length of both old and new are identical.
Why is the new fabric so much shorter? As you can see from the photos it does not fill the
12Ft frame.
How can we remedy this situation? Do I send the short one back or are you going to send me one of the correct size.

The size is not 12 X 10 it is only 11' wide. Mislead.

A few years ago wanted to order grey replacement fabric. It was out of stock so settled for grey striped Need to replace again because the white is dirty and mouldy looking. Went to place an orderÃ¢â‚¬Â¦..no grey in stock?

Love the shade of gray , darker, as we hoped for to match our scheme. The solid color material looks to be a more substantial material than the stripped replacements.
Shipping was fast and included.
Only disappointment is that it is 4" narrower than the posted 'final dimensions'...as we were looking forward to the full width. The length is longer than we needed, but we new that and it's easily left wound up on the roller.
This is our second replacement from Aleko over the years. Great customer service !
