The half cassette frame is designed to provide better fabric protection and longevity compared to a traditional awning frame, and the modern dark grey color will show less dirt than more common white frames. The motor encases LED lights which cast the perfect amount of illumination for the evenings. Compared to the traditional lighting, LED lights make for the more efficient and practical choice. Efficient heat dissipation ensures stable performance, while prolonging the usability of your LED lights. Serving as great decorative and functional lighting, the LED lights seamlessly attach to the motor and plug straight into an outlet. Easily control the brightness of the lights via the included remote. Featuring three light settings, simply adjust your lighting to suit your environment. Starting with a soft illumination, intensify the brightness of your light with just one click of a button. The sleek, minimalistic remote also provides 1-click control to either expand, retract, or stop your awning. When not in use, the awning retracts into the frame’s metal cover, which will preserve the color and durability of the fabric much longer than a traditional open frame. The fabric offers up to 105 square feet of coverage and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is an electric motor that easily opens or closes the awning within a minute. Good product, poor instructions	March 7, 2025

We purchased this to replace an older one that broke on us. It came in two packages, which had obviously seen some miles by the time they arrived, but the contents were well packaged and appeared okay. My main complaint is the instructions, which are sub-par IMO given the cost and conplexity, particularly given the inherent risks of working with the fully loaded spring arms. I had to rely other online sources and videos to figure things out like which screws went where, how to deal with the LED cabling, how to adjust the extents for the motor, and other things. We eventually got it together and installed despite the poor instructions, but it wasn’t fun or appreciated. It looks and works good now that it’s up though!
