It's a good awning for the price. I don't expect it to last as long as the original as the vinyl doesn't seem as tough.

Ordered this hoping it was what it said. Was easy to replace and feels like a decent piece of vinyl. Only small complaint would be the the end if the valance was not hemmed/sewn.
