The awning itself is good looking and functional. The arms and fabric seem a bit light duty and I will be cautious using it in wind. I had issues with Fedex's communication, but delivery was eventually completed via a 3rd party courier. I found the installation instructions to be vague and mostly unhelpful. One of the packets of hardware had opened in transit and Nuys and bolts were loose throughout the box. This was further complicated by the instruction booklet listing the hardware but not quantities. Overall it seems good so far.
