i ordered a replacement arm a week went by and no word on how or when it was being shipped , so i figured i would call them on monday . and poof it was in my mail on monday . they never notified me of shipping and no tracking info

Actuator replacement	August 26, 2019

I had to replace one of my two actuators, the replacement was as expected and it installed easily. I took my old actuator apart and it it turned out one tiny gear was stripped. I hope this does not happen with the new actuator...
