This Awning Replacement Fabric is a soft, breathable solution that is UV, water and mildew resistant and does not noticeably shrink or stretch. I purchased a new awning fabric and was a little Leary as the price was cheaper then most I seen online. I was very happy at the quality of the product when I received it and I saved $150 over the next best deal. It might have been nice to have some instructions but I guess that is what Utube is for. My only complaint was the beading you put in the fabric to feed it into the channels on the RV come in 4 ft sections, one continuous bead would work better. I ended up using the 2 off my old fabric. Delivery came within a week. Very happy customer.
