We recently purchased a shroud for our AC unit on our RV. We called and received excellent treatment. They wanted to ensure we had the right size and when we did not get back to them in a couple of days they followed up to see how we were doing. Then we ordered and they shipped right away and sent us the tracking number. Questioned on Sizing, Ordered and received within one week.  Most impressive.

When I was ordering a 16ft awning I expected fabric width to be 16ft.  Upon delivery the actual awning measured around 15
4".  Im not sure if there was notes on the website around actual size, but if there was - it definatly was not clear to me
