Poles

The poles work fine but the "nut" to accept the bolt to hold it to the awning front bar was too big and your technical people did not understand that even with a picture. I solved the problem bu spending about an hour reducing the thickness of the "nuts" to allow them to be inserted into the awning bar. I think that this would be a fundamental design or production flaw. Why should I have to pay and then have to spend an hour making them fit? Altogether my experience with your product has been somewhat frustrating. The awning motor failed and broke the arms. I called and it took some 3 - 4 weeks to get the awning arms replaced and then the motor was not included in that package. I had to go back to you in order to get the motor sent, another 2 weeks. Total, I have had the awning for approx 6 weeks before I could actually get it to work. Instructions are very poor and are not at all helpful. Disappointed but not that it finally works, half way through the summer, it is fine.

Bought these on sept 20 got an order confirmation but no shipping info,if they have been shipped or when I will be receiving!!sent a few emails but no response!!leaves you wondering I’m I even going to get these?
