Directions are not great, some hardware is of poor quality. Good thing I have put a few awnings together in the past, or it would have been harder.

Fractional measurements would have made it easier to measure mounting locations but otherwise completely satisfied with the purchase

Nice look

The awning looks good and time will tell how long it will last. However, it was less that one third the cost of other awnings. My husband and a friend installed it and the instructions were definitely not very helpful. We had to buy a fisherman's electrician wire to get the spline to go in the 20 foot length. Would have made the job a lot faster if that had been suggested in the instructions. All in all we would order from again as the product itself seems quite good.
