Crank Swaying in the Wind

I had to wait a long time for the Crank, which is ok, and it looks nice, but it swings in the wind, which the previous one did not. I'm not sure if it's the fit for the hook or the material of the crank, but I didn't like seeing it swing in front of a living room window. I'm going to have to try to find a one-sided clamp that can be drilled into the brick so it can be held in place. So, it does look nice, but I couldn't safely hook it on and leave it, which is disappointing.
