The fabric offers up to 105 square feet (10 square meters) of coverage and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is a simple hand crank which opens or closes the awning within a minute, and requires no electricity. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

I thought the instructions were a little sketchy, as an example, the small liner tube needs to be fitted into one end of the large fabric, that was not clear. Too early to say if it is a solid product, its only been up a week.

We ordered a new 12 x 10 returns retractable awning which arrived very promptly. Install was a bit tricky given that it can’t be anchored to brick veneer which all modern houses have. The product had quite a few scratches of the paint and one of the arms has something that rolls around inside when tilted. It does the job at keeping sun off the deck though.
