PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Designed with a 120V AC (1/2HP equivalent) motor, this chain driven sliding gate opener provides exceptional starting torque and continuous operation, making it ideal for most applications. Opens gates up to 2200 lbs and up to 40 ft. in length, 13 ft gear rack tracks is included; if your gates more 13 ft in length just purchase an extra racks in "Gear Racks" section.

Love the size, small footprint on this door opener	June 22, 2020

Haven't finished installing yet but so far the kit was complete . Only complaint I have so far is the installation instructions, they are very vague at times and due to poor grammar it is difficult to follow them. I have questions but no help line is available .
