This Awning Replacement Fabric is a soft, breathable solution that is UV, water and mildew resistant and does not noticeably shrink or stretch. Just had the awning
installed noticed that the decorative skirt was not scalloped and the third pocket was not sewn in so when attaching to the roller it was difficult to put on . Once it was done and put on the trailer it looks great the material is heavy and no complaints
