This Awning Replacement Fabric is a soft, breathable solution that is UV, water and mildew resistant and does not noticeably shrink or stretch. Delivery was quicker than expected, the fabric was well packed, The fabric was to replace a worn out one that was about 8 years old. It is made out of plastic, just like a tarp, I was disappointed that it was not the same as the original. The size was also not the same as the original. The instruction on You Tube do not match the instructions included with the replacement fabric
