PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

A motor is maintained and regulate the gate opener standards of capacity 2 HP 120 V AC. The motor makes the opener comfortable and reliable to operate but up to a certain range of 2700 lbs. If the capacity exceeds more than 45 ft, extra chain is required to support. This package contains 20 ft chain and if your gates are more than 20 ft in length you can purchase an extra chain from the " Chains" section).
