I bought the replacement fabric for a 20' awning. You need 2 people to install it. I followed the directions and it went very well.  The fabric fit just like the old one and seems similar in quality, time will tell though. The only thing that I thought could be better was the edge of the fabric left hanging over the roller is not finished nicely like the original one, it's just cut off square. No affect on it's functionality, just looks less finished. one day extended in the sun and all the creases from folding for shipping were gone. All in all a good replacement fabric.
