Built with a sleek black frame, this modern design shows less dirt and debris than more common white frames. The fabric offers up to 160 square feet (49 square meters) of coverage and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is an electric motor that easily opens or closes the awning within a minute. For economical purposes or in the case of no electricity, a simple hand crank is provided for manual retraction of the awning. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

Excellent product. Only complaint would be the instructions were somewhat vague for the first time purchaser. Had to go on you tube to learn how to program the remote. Love the product!!
