When I ordered the gate openers, and all the hardware that went with it, I have a great experience. However, six months later, I order some extra fobs only to have them bounce all the way from the West Coast to the East Coast in the United States a week on the East Coast Before making their way all the way back to the West Coast into Canada. Two weeks for a set of fobs. And on top of it, I was charged $17 duty. How is it that I ordered from a Canadian site and I was charged duty? As happy as I am with the gate openers I will try not to let this incident prevent me from ordering in the future. I do appreciate your business, but I do not appreciate the lack of information nor the unnecessary flying, and the time that it took to get them.
