This chain sliding gate opener has a 120V AC (1 1/2 HP equivalent) motor which provides an exceptional starting torque and continuous operation, making it ideal for most applications. Constructed with an aluminum alloy chassis, it's corrosion resistant and light enough for one person to carry and install. The heavy-duty motor supports gates weighing up to 2400 lbs (1100 kg) and up to 45 ft in length. The 20 ft gate chain is included. If your gates are more than 20 ft in length then you can purchase an extra chain in " Chains" section).

you are a little too proactive trying to gather customer satisfaction requests.
1-i was asked to rate you during the purchase before you answered my questions
2- i just received the product 4 days ago, i have not had time to install it. i needed the product so i could make sure everything arrived and review the product vs the install manual.  
all looks good other than the mounting bracket will interfere with the location for the power cable to enter. Bracket needs to be cut to accommodate cable entry.
