Did some research, and determined this to be our best option. Product was in stock, shipping was free, and Customer service representatives were helpful and informed on their products. Purchase experience was seamless and looking forward to installing unit and will post a review once completed.

Remote - No show

I ordered this item three-week prior. I am leaving on a trip in a couple days. I have not received an email letting me know that the order was processed and shipped. I did not receive a tracking number. I had to called to obtain a tracking number. USPS express has let you and I down. My package went from Washington State across North America to New York and then bounced around 11 facilities in New York. It went back and forth between Melville, Smithtown, Hauppauge, Jamacia, Jamacia international, ICS customs, then back to Jamacia, then Queens then back to Jamacia, and now after another 4 days had finally arrived at some undisclosed location in Canada. Now it's got to come back across North America to the West Coast. There is no way it will arrive now on time for me to receive it. For a company that relies on on-line orders your delivery method sucks relative to everyone else.
