I ordered two brackets when I ordered the 16 foot awning, unfortunately when the awning arrived I needed four brackets. I went to order two more brackets. They were out of stock. I had to keep checking the website, eventually I got to order two more. I have received them now, but the awning still isn"t installed. Summer is here, no time.

Wrong damaged ceiling brackets sent and cant return unless I pay shipping and customs. Not happy!

Ordered them as well but discovered it would have been to much work to install. My bad for not checking first. Sent them back and waiting for them to be processed back into their system. Looked like a very strong and well thought out piece of material.
