This 20 x 8 foot retractable awning is made with utility in mind and can be opened and closed quickly without the use of electricity; simply pull the strap to extend and retract your awning as needed.

This awning is constructed with durable 100% PVC that provides lasting protection from the sun and rain. This specialized fabric is resistant to UV radiation, water, mildew, stains and fading. 4 of 5 Good looking light duty awning. August 1, 2019

The awning itself is good looking and functional. The arms and fabric seem a bit light duty and I will be cautious using it in wind. I had issues with Fedex's communication, but delivery was eventually completed via a 3rd party courier. I found the installation instructions to be vague and mostly unhelpful. One of the packets of hardware had opened in transit and Nuys and bolts were loose throughout the box. This was further complicated by the instruction booklet listing the hardware but not quantities. Overall it seems good so far.
