4 of 5 Installation instructions unclear June 25, 2021

For the most part everything went well. The two day delivery took a week, but we were able to get help from the helpdesk to speed things up. The instructions are complicated because of the drawings, perhaps a few more photographs would help. We had to rely on youtube videos to clear things up, in my mind that shouldn't be.
In the end we got it together and up and it looks great. I guess time will tell if it lasts, but we will do what we can to help it along, ie; retracting it when windy and such.
