Hi, I was so happy that I found this awning. It was exact size we needed and we got it on time for our backyard party. But at the time of installation,  the wall mount screws were poor quality and didn't stay in the wall and was deformed so my husband bought stronger screws and they have installed it. It was difficult because our deck is on second floor. But we got it up and we're very happy we are done and we started the awning and it was only open one foot when one of the bars popped out of the rail and my husband went up the ladder to put it back when the other arm also popped out and broke.
I am also going to call and send emails with pictures to you and request a new sets of bars.
It is very disappointing because we couldn't use it for our birthday party, plus, even if we get the new bars, it is very hard to install them again...
