The fabric offers up to 105 square feet (10 square meters) of coverage and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is an electric motor that easily opens or closes the awning within a minute. For economical purposes or in the case of no electricity, a simple hand crank is provided for manual retraction of the awning. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

No where in the description does it say that the awning comes in 3 pieces. After going on Utube and watching a video of how to put the awning together, my husband and l knew that we couldn't put it together ourselves. We called Aleko and asked if they have any service people to put this together. They said no. Now we are having problems finding anyone to do this for Us. So needless to say, the awning is still in our garage in the 3 boxes that it came in. I suggest not buying this product unless you are really good at putting things together.
