We ordered the blue stripe awning, gave them a phone call to find out if we would be getting a shipping confirmation but discovered that we had a tracking number but no awning on its way. after speaking to customer service a couple of times to sort item out they shipped it and it was here in 3 days. Installed in a morning and it looks fantastic. easy installation!
