We found the awning to be good quality, however the instructions were somewhat hard to follow. After putting up the awning, and yes it is ver level, when it is opened the awning if not leveled, we have tried adjusting, but it is off, one side lower than the other. Any suggestions to rectify this issue would be appreciated

Delayed shipment (2months) and I am still awaiting the original gray and white fabric.
Manny (July 22) did a good job of customer service by offering a temporary solution, and if it weren’t for him, our rating would have been lower.
