Frustrating and Lengthy |

We ordered awning replacement material in early August when 4 items remained in inventory. All inquiries by email- a lengthy, frustrating process. Payment appeared on our credit card but no follow-up information was received. We were informed that the item was 'Out of Stock'. There was no response as to why we did not receive our order when there was clearly stock available. We were told that when it came back into stock, approximately Sept 9th, our order would be shipped. It arrived Sept. 23rd BUT was the wrong size. This discovered only on the day that our serviceman showed up to install the replacement material. A call to Aleko confirmed their error and they resent the correct order on September 28th. This purchase was lengthy, confusing and frustrating and we now have to reschedule installation. This has been a very lengthy and frustrating experience and hopefully, once the material is replaced, we will be happy with our purchase.
