The awning was delivered within days of my order. Tracking with Fed Ex was bang on. It was delivered 14 minutes ahead of the predicted window. The product was very easy to install. The only negative is that it is actually not a full 10’ x 12’ the width is short by a few inches ( I think because of the hem ) so there is exposed drum showing . It doesn’t really matter though . The product is good
